How it works
Type a line about a call. Liney does the HubSpot.
Whoever connects first is the team admin, and can promote anyone else. From then on Liney is one set of rules for everyone on the HubSpot account, rather than a tool each rep sets up their own way.

What Liney may touch
Right after Connect, one screen: the fields your portal uses, pre-ticked. Untick what Liney shouldn't touch. Required ones stay on. It's one list for every rep, and your team admins change it any time in Rules.

The fields each stage needs
Liney reads the deals your team has already closed and works out which fields you fill at each stage. You confirm those, or add your own. The ones you confirm are asked for before a line is written, while the rep still has the call in their head. The ones Liney is still working out only ask.

What's going stale
Open deals with no activity, deals past their close date, deals with no next step, and deals sitting at a stage with a field still empty, counted for each rep. Every rep gets a baseline the day they connect and a fresh count each day after, so you can see whether the pipeline is getting cleaner rather than only what it looks like this morning.

Every change traced, every change reversible
Each value points back to the line that set it, the rep who typed it and the time. Any line can be undone for 30 days, and if the value changed inHubSpot since Liney wrote it, it shows you both and asks first.

Their permissions, not yours
Every rep connects with their own HubSpot login. Liney reads and writes as them, so it sees the deals they own and nothing else, and the team view shows you only what your own HubSpot user can read.
Type what happened: a call, an email, a meeting. Liney matches the deal, fills in what you said, and shows it on the right. Nothing is written until you press Update HubSpot. When it isn't sure, or a field your admin requires is missing, it asks instead of guessing.

Update HubSpot
Liney asks for every field your admin requires before it writes, and HubSpot still checks its own rules on every write. Every change is made with yourHubSpot permissions, and the previous value is kept so you can undo it.

New deals and people
Name a deal HubSpot doesn't have and Liney offers to create it, with your line as the first note, or to use one you already have. Someone new on the call becomes a contact the same way.

History and undo
Click any line you've written. See exactly what changed, previous and new, and undo the whole line for 30 days.

The sheet
Toggle Log / Sheet in the menu. The sheet is your deals as rows, with closed ones a click away from hidden. Click a cell, change it, it's in HubSpot. Full screen, nothing else on it.

The tabs
Smart views (today, needs a next step, closing this month, stale) plus any deals you pin. Click a view to see those deals in the sheet. Click a pinned deal to start a line about it.
