How Team will work
- Per HubSpot account, not per person. A team admin switches it on for everyone.
- Pay only for people an admin allows. Someone new connects and, unless approval is off, waits for an admin. They take a seat once approved.
- Add emails to the approved list to skip the wait, or switch approval off. Admins remove people from the Team panel.
